Everything seemed good, welcoming staff, outstanding rooms. We walked everywhere, the location was good, in the middle of jackson. Further, it was next to Banks, the township and BBQ restaurant.

The hotel was conveniently located near some shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions we had. The swimming pool was a nice relief from the hot weather.
The rooms were very basic and in need of some renovations. The plumbing in the bathroom was not working properly and had an unpleasant smell.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The staff members were very nice, friendly, and attentive. They made us feel extremely welcome and ensured that all our needs were met. The room was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with amenities such as drinking water, shampoo, and soap. We were impressed with the quality of the room service and the delicious Thai and Western food prepared in the hotel's own restaurant. The location of this venue is also convenient, as it is near a restaurant where we enjoyed tasty Kapow and Pizza. Additionally, the AC in the room pointed towards the bed, allowing us to have a comfortable and restful sleep.
Highly recommend this hotel for families.
